远离亲人，远离家乡，放纵的投身与原始的自然之中，一个亲手割掉文明皮肤的片子。只是有一点并不赞同，作为一种群体动物，原始而纯正的自然的反而是令他们狂叫的society，独自投身于无垠的狂野反而是一种意识形态上的畸形。也许就是Sean Penn最后想说的，猛男在日记本上写下的最后一句话”Happiness only real when shared.”
